• Rescheduling:
  You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Email [insert email] or use your booking link to choose a new slot.

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the session fee, as that time has been reserved for you.

• No-Shows:
  If you miss your appointment without notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

• Emergencies:
  We’ll do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies—please contact us as soon as possible.
